1. Tllli Act ma.y be called the Bombay Revenue Jurisdiction Act, 1876.

1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Short Tides (Amendment) Act, 2011.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise tmfaires, the vmrds "Bombay Act" mean the Act enacted by a competent legislature or other competent authority before Ist Ivlay, 1960 for the State of Bombay or, as the case may be, the Province of Bombay and in force in the State of Gujarat on the commencement of this Act.
