Section 2: Definitions The Gujarat(Right of Citizens to Public Services) Rules,2014 State Rules of Gujarat · 2013
(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-
(a) ‘Act’ means the Gujarat (Right of Citizens to Public Services) Act 2013;
(b) ‘Form’ means form appended to these rules;
(c) “Notified services’ means services notified by State Government under section 4 of the Act;
(d) “prescribed format’ means formats prescribed by the concerned department delivering a notified service under section 4 of the Act; :
(€) ‘section’ means section of the Act.
2) (2) The words and expressions used in these rules but not defined shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Act.
