Section 48

The Gujarat Rural Housing Board Act, 1972.State Act of Gujarat · Act 22 of 1972

(1) The decision of the Tribunal on any matter referred to it under this Act shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court of law.

(2) The Tribunal shall endeavour to give its decision within six months from the date of the reference made to it.
