Section 13

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972State Act of Gujarat · Act 18 of 1973

(1) A member of the Board not being an ex-officio member may resign his office at any time by tendering his resignation in writing to the Chairman of the Board.

(2) If the Chairman accepts the resignation, such acceptance shall be communicated to the Board, and the office of the member shall become vacant from the date of acceptance of the resignation.
