The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972State Act of Gujarat · Act 18 of 1973

(1) The Chairman, Deputy Chairman and nominated members shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government.

(2) The Salaries or, as the case may be, honorarium, allowances and other conditions of service of the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman shall be such as may be determined by the State Government.]
