Section 4: Payment of Fees

The Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2020State Rules of Gujarat · 2019

The fees to be paid along with the application for registration in Form-A by the establishments employing ten or more employees shall be as specified below:

4. Restaurants and Eating Houses. 1000/-

5. Theatres and other places of public amusement or entertainment. 5000/- The fees shall be paid through e-payment where online access is available.
