The Gujarat State Commission for Women Act, 2002State Act of Gujarat · Act 12 of 2002

(1) No act or proceeding of the Commission shall be questioned or invalid on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Commission.

(2) No act done by any person acting in good faith as Chairperson or member shall be deemed to be invalid merely on the ground that he was disqualified to be a Chairperson or a member or that there was any other defect in his nomination.

Defect in appointment of Chairperson or member not to invalidate acts or proceedings.
