The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act 1969State Act of Gujarat · Act 15 of 1973

(1) Accounts of the income and expenditure of the Council shall be kept in such form and manner as may be prescribed by rules and shall be balanced annually on the first day of April every year.

(2) The accounts of the Council shall be audited by a chartered accountant every year and also on such other date, if any, as may be prescribed by rules.

(3) A copy of every audit report shall be furnished by the Council to the State Government and to the Accountant General, Gujarat within one month from the date on which the audit report is received by the Council.
