(1) Every Committee shall have a Chairman and a vice-Chairman.

5[Proviso * * * * * *] 6[(2) The Committee may by a majority of two-thirds of the total members at a meeting specially convened for the purpose, pass a resolution for the removal of Chairman or Vice-Chairman and any resolution so passed shall be subject to the confirmation by the Board. The office of the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shall stand vacated from the date of such confirmation.]
