Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961State Act of Haryana · Act 23 of 1961

(1) Every sum due from a Committee to the State Government or the Board shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.

(2) Every sum due to a Committee from any person shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.

42. No order passed under this Act, the rules, regulations or bye-laws made thereunder, shall be called in question in any civil court and save as provided in section 40, no appeal or revision shall lie against any such order.”
