Section 19: In the said rules, in rule 24

The Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Amendment Rules, 2018.State Rules of Haryana · 1981

(i) in the sub- rule (2), after the words ―Appellate Authority‖, the following words shall be added at the end, namely:- ―If the Appellate Authority is satisfied that the cause of action etc. is the same, it can allow joint appeal also‖;

(ii) in sub- rule (5), for the words, sign, bracket and figure ―sub-rule (7)‖ the words, sign, bracket and figure ―sub-rule (2)‖ shall be substituted.

20. In the said rules, in rule 25, in sub-rule (1), after the word ―date‖, the words ―and place‖ shall be inserted.

21. In the said rules, in rule 26, -

(i) in sub-rule (5), for the words ―past experience‖, the words ―the service rendered by the officers/officials on deputation‖ shall be substituted;

(ii) in sub-rule (7), for the word ―complied‖, the word ―compiled‖ shall be substituted;

(iii) sub-rule (13) shall be omitted.
