Section 15: Cancellation of lieense

The Director may, by order, cancel a license granted under rule 13 ifhe is satisfied that the conduct ofthe excavation operation has not been satisfactory or in accordance with the conditions of the license, or if any further security demnaded under rule 18 has not been deposited within the THE PUNJAB ANCIENT AND HISTORICAL MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND REMAINS RULES - 1965 specified ti

Provided that no license shall be cancelled unless the licensee has been given an opportunity to make his objections.
