Section 6: Headquarters.

The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970Central Act · Act 16 of 1970

(1) The headquarters of the Haryana Agricultural University shall be at Hissar, and the headquarters of the Punjab Agricultural University shall be at Ludhiana, or at such other place as the appropriate Government may direct.

(2) Each corresponding University shall establish an office at the place at which the seat of the appropriate Government is located.
