Section 38: Treasurer

The Treasurer shall be responsible for Association funds and securities and shall also be responsible for keeping full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Association. He shall be responsible for the deposits of all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Association in such depositaries as may from time to time be designated by the Board of Managers.
