Section 19: Members not to exercise right till due payment made

No member of a co-operative society shall exercise the rights of a member unless he has made such payments to the society in respect of membership or has acquired such interest in the society as may be specified in the bye-laws.

**** 19-A . Voting rights :- Any person desirous of making a deposit in any unit of Cooperative Credit Structure other than Co-operative Banks, shall become a member of that society and on admission as such, he shall be entitled to full membership voting rights.
