Section 28: Power to enter and search

The Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983State Act of Haryana · Act 35 of 1983

An Inspector authorised in this behalf by the Controller may, if he has any reason to suspect that any provision of this Act has been, or is being, or is about to be, contravened, enter and search, at any reasonable time of the day, any premises in which any dangerous machine is operated.
