Section 8: Controller, etc., to be public servants

The Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983State Act of Haryana · Act 35 of 1983

The Controller, and any person authorised by the State Government or the Controller to perform any functions under this Act, and every Inspector, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
