Haryana Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2022 (Haryana Act No. 14 of 2022)State Act of Haryana · Act 14 of 2022

(1) A fire tax shall be levied on buildings on which property tax is levied by any local authority.

(2) The fire tax shall be levied at such rate in terms of percentage of property tax as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, determine from time to time.
