Section 10: Filling of vacancy

Haryana Forest Development Act, 1983State Act of Haryana · Act 7 of 1983

If a vacancy occurs in the office of the Chairman or a member by death, resignation, disqualification or otherwise, the same shall be filled in by the State Government in the manner provided in section 5 :

Provided that he shall hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of his predecessor.
