Section 27: Submission of reports and returns

Haryana Forest Development Act, 1983State Act of Haryana · Act 7 of 1983

(1) The Board shall submit to the State Government reports on such matters and at such intervals as may be prescribed.

(2) The Board shall submit to the State Government such statistics, returns, particulars or statements in regard to the forests in such form and manner as may be required from time to time.
