In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 29(1) of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board hereby levy a fee on the dealer of fruits and vegetables of the Schedule in the notified market area at the following rate:- A. Lump-sum fee for category (i) and (iii) licensees per year:

(d) The Secretary Market Committee shall accept the declaration made within 30 days after the date of expiry of grace period alongwith penalty equal to the 20% of due lump-sum to be deposited on fruits and vegetables.
(e) In case, a fresh application is received in any month of a quarter, the full fee shall be payable for that quarter including lump-sum fee for the remaining financial year on the above prescribed rates.
(f) For the current financial year, the self certified application shall be submitted by 15.03.2024 along with relevant lump-sum fee. The market fee/ lump-sum fee already deposited by the applicant during financial year 2023-24, shall be adjustable. Only difference of the fee shall be payable in such cases. However, refund in excess of fees paid shall not be allowed in any case.
7p The Secretary Market Committee shall provide the details of all such licensees of fruits and vegetables to the concerned D.M.E.O as well as Head Office within 15 days of the acceptance of application/ declaration.
