The Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog Act, 2010 (19 of 2010)State Act of Haryana · Act 19 of 2010

(1) The Government shall, after coming into force of this Act, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a body to be known as the Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog.

(2) The Aayog shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power to purchase, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and to contract and may by said name sue and be sued.
