The Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog Act, 2010 (19 of 2010)State Act of Haryana · Act 19 of 2010

(1) Every non-official member shall hold office for a period of three years from the date on which he is appointed.

(2) The terms and conditions of the appointment of the nonofficial members shall be such, as may be prescribed.

7. A non-official member may resign from his office by giving a notice in writing under his hand addressed to the Government.
