(1) The Aayog shall have a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
(i) Chairman Chairman
(ii) One member to be nominated by the Chairman / Aayog Member
(iii) Director General, Animal Husbandry and Member Dairying Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Director or Deputy Director.
(iv) Managing Director, Haryana Livestock Member Development Board or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Director or Deputy Director
(v) One officer from Finance Department not below the Member rank of Deputy Secretary.
(vi) Secretary Member
(2) The Finance committee shall examine all proposals, schemes and projects having financial implications before their approval and sanction by the Aayog.

11. The Aayog shall prepare a report of accounts annually as per Forms A, B and C and record shall be audited by the Principal Accountant General, Haryana.

12. The Aayog shall prepare an annual report as per Forms D, E, F and G, disclosing full details of its financial status, programmes, activities and achievements and submit it to the Government before the 30th September every year.
