(i) The President of the State Commission shall receive the salary, allowance and other facilities as are admissible to a sitting judge of the High Court of the Punjab and Haryana.
(ii) The pay of a person appointed as President, who is in receipt of any pension shall be reduced by the gross amount of pension drawn by him.

6. The Members shall be entitled to,-
(i) a fix honorarium of ` 80,000/- per month. There shall be an annual enhancement at the rate of 3% (i.e. ` 2,400/- fixed in each year).
(ii) conveyance allowance at the rate of two thousand rupees per month.
(iii) medical allowance at the rate of one thousand rupees per month but shall not be entitled to any medical reimbursement.
(iv) allowance for telephone/mobile/ broadband etc. at the rate of one thousand rupees per month.
(v) house rent allowance (HRA) as applicable to the Haryana Government employees.
(vi) travelling allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) on official tour only (not entitled for composite grant on completion of tenure) as applicable to the Group-A Officers of the Haryana Government falling in Grade-II of travelling allowance instructions.
(vii) ten days causal leave in a calendar year.

7. In case of a casual vacancy in the office of President in the State Commission or District Commission, as the case may be, the State Government shall have the power to appoint the senior most member to officiate as President.
