Section 32

Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Rules, 2018State Rules of Haryana · 2017

(1) The Authority may remove from the membership of the Council any Resident Member:–

(i) who is absent for three consecutive meetings of the Council;

(ii) who has abused his position as member of the Council as to render his continuance on the Council detrimental to the interests of the Authority.

Provided that before removal of any Resident Member, an opportunity of being heard shall be provided by the Chief Executive Officer to such Resident Member alleged to have abused his position and a verbatim account of the hearing shall have been placed before the Authority.
