Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Rules, 2018State Rules of Haryana · 2017

(1) The Council may constitute committees consisting of such Members as it may think fit and with such terms of reference or such functions as it may specify.

(2) The Chairperson of a Committee shall be a Member of the Council

(3) Every Committee shall consist of not more than five Members out of which at least one member shall be a Member nominated under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Act.

Validation of proceedings

35. Every meeting of the Council, the minutes of proceedings of which have been duly drawn up and signed shall be deemed to have been duly convened and to be free from all defects and irregularities.
