Section 74: Regulations

The Haryana Housing Board Act 1971 (as extended to Chandigarh)Union territory Act of Chandigarh · Act 20 of 1971

The Board may, tram time to time with tiic previous sanction ofthe' [Administrator] by notification, make regulations consistent with this Act and witli any rules made thereunder, -

(a) for the management and use of buildings constructed under any housing scheme;

(b) the principles to be followed in allotment of tenement and premises;
