Section 78: Authority for prosecution

The Haryana Housing Board Act 1971 (as extended to Chandigarh)Union territory Act of Chandigarh · Act 20 of 1971

Unless otherwise provided, no court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on tlie complaint of, or upon information received from the Board or some person authorised by the Board, oy general or special order, in this behalf.
