Section 81: Removal cf difficulties

The Haryana Housing Board Act 1971 (as extended to Chandigarh)Union territory Act of Chandigarh · Act 20 of 1971

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, in consequence of the transition tn the said provisions from the provisions of the Acts in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, the '[Administrator] may by notification make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficultly.

(2) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act Other­ wise than in relation fo (he transition from the provisions of the Acts in force before the commencement of this Act, the '[Administrator] may by notification make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
