(1) Consignments of agricultural produce shall be unloaded for display and unloaded carts and pack animals shall be parked or tethered at such places in market yard as are determined by the Committee.
(2) The Committee may determine routes for ingress and egress of vehicles, carts or pack animals leading to or from the principal or sub-market yard.
(3) For the information of the persons visiting or using the market yard, orders under clauses (1) and (2) shall be exhibited outside the office of the Committee and at such other conspicuous places in the market as may be determined by the Chairman.
'[18-A Weighment and auction of specified agricultural produces: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Rule No. 12 and 18 of these bye-laws, the agricultural produces which does not require any sifting, cleaning etc. market in yard in the opinion of Secretary-cum-E.O. of concerned Market Committee, to make it saleable by open auction, can be auctioned and weighed in following manner:
(i) The auction of agricultural produce can be held in the vehicle itself without unloading the same;
(ii) The weighment of such agricultural produce can be held in the vehicle itself without unloading the same:
(iii) In case, the weight bridge of Market Committee is not functioning, the concerned Secretary-cum-E.O may designate other weigh-bridge of independent agency for the said purpose;
(iv) The empty vehicle shall again be weighed on the same weigh bridge for drawing net weight:
(v) - The weighment charges shall be taken from the buyer on prevailing market rates:
(vi) In case, the buyer or seller is not satisfied with the weighment on specified weigh bridge, then the weighment can be got verified on other available designated weigh bridge of independent agency in presence of concerned Secretary-cum-E.O. of Market Committee:
(vii) The fanner can facilitate the transportation of agricultural produce from market yard to the premises of buyer on mutually agreed terms between them:
(viii) In case, the Secretary-cum-E.O. of concerned Market Committee is of the opinion that the auction of agricultural produce in vehicle, as provided above, is not feasible due to less quantity of agricultural produce or otherwise, then he may !
