Section 30: Publications, notices and directions of the Committee - How to be notified

Haryana Market Committees Bye-Laws (English)State Rules of Haryana · 1961

(1) Orders, publications, directions and notices to the general public shall be deemed to have been published when these are pasted on the notice board of the Committee outside its office premises.

(2) The Committee may cause notices to be served on the persons likely to be affected by such publications, notices, directions or orders of the Committee or may cause their publication in any newspaper or Government Gazette.
