Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012State Rules of Haryana · 1992

(1) These rules may be called the Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012.

(2) These rules shall be applicable throughout the State of Haryana and shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, except Chapter 13,14 and 15 of Part-IV, which shall come into force after six months of the publication of this notification.
