The Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Rules, 2016State Rules of Haryana · 2016

(1) Every person who keeps possession or control of motor vehicle shall fill up, sign and deliver the declaration in Form I in person or through his representative to the licensing officer.

(2) A separate declaration shall be made in respect of every motor vehicle.
