In relation to voting and counting of votes, custody, inspection and disposal of election papers etc., where voting machine is used, the provisions of rules in Part III, except the rules 35, 36, 38, 40, 43, 45, 50A, 52, 53, 55, 57, 58,59, 65 and 66, shall, in so far as may be, apply mutatis mutandis and any reference in those provisions to ballot paper shall be construed as including a reference to such electronic voting machine.
