The Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002State Rules of Haryana · 2001

(1) The Government may issue special permits in Form B for export of animals in cases like Government to Government sale/ purchase, animals required by State/Central/Universities/Research Organization, where it is of the opinion that it will be in the public interest to do so.

(2) Tn such-cases, where special permit(s) have been issued under sub-rule (1) no fee shall be levied on export

17. No public transport vehicle shall cause any animal proposed to be exported and requiring permit to be issued before such export under rule 15 or, as the case may be, under tule 16, to be loaded or moved: within the State of Haryana without abtaining a copy of such permit under rule 15 or under rule 16 and it shall be the duty of the custodian to produce such permit on demand.
