(d) State Advisory Committee on Welfare, and Adhoc Committees on Welfare; and

(e) Redressal of grievances of all members of Scheduled Castes/Tribes, and Backward Classes in services.

6. Policy regarding reservations for the members of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Vimukta Jatis for admission to the Technical Training Institutions. Fp Schemes designed for the welfare of the Scheduled Castes/Backward Classes and Vimukta Jatis including-

(a) Establishment of Community Centers.

(b) Grant of subsidy for construction of houses / wells. drinking water facilities, purchase of piggery agricultural implements and inputs.

(c) Pre-examination Training Centers.

(d) Provision of legal aid.

8. Kanyadaan Scheme to all the sections of the society living below the poverty line for the marriage of their daughters.
