(i) Home Minister. Haryana Member
(iv) Minister. Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes. Member Haryana (V) All elected Scheduled Castes M.L.As/M.Ps in Haryana Member (Vi) Chief Secretary to Gavernment Haryana Member (Vi) Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary 1o Government Member Haryana, Home Department.
(viii) Director General of Police. Haryana Member
(ix) Director/Deputy Director. National Commission for Scheduled Member Castes, Chandigarh () Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary to Government Convener Haryana. Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department.
2 The function of the Committee is as under:
To review the implementation of the provisions of the Act. scheme for the rights and entitlements of victims and witnesses in accessing justice as specified in sub-section (1) of section 15-A of Chapter IV-A of the Act. relief and rehabilitation facilities provided to the victims and other matters connected therewith. prosecution of cases under the Act. role of different officers/agencics responsible for implementing the provisions of the Act and review of various reports received by State Government including that of Nodal Officer and Special Officer.

3. The Committee shall meet at least twice in a calendar year in the month of January and July.

(i) District Magistrate of the District Chairman (i) Members of Parliament of the concemed Parliamentary constituency Member (iii) All MLAS of the concemed District Member (iv) Superintendent of Police /Deputy Commissioner of Police of the Member concern District (¥) ThreeGroup ‘A’ Officers/Gazetted Officer of the State Government Member belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (1o be nominated by the concerned District Magistrate). (vi) Not more than five non-official Members belonging to the Scheduled Member Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (0 be nominated by concerned District Magistrate) (Vi) Not more than three members from the caegory other than Scheduled Member Castes/Scheduled Tribes having Association with NGOs (10 be nominated by the concerned District Magistrate). (viii) District Welfare Officer of the District Member Secretary Functions of the Committee:

3. The terms of the non-official members will be fora maximum period of three Yyears from the date of the notification, However, the State Government may nominate or withdraw a non-official member a¢ any time,
4. TA/DA will be given 1o the non-official members (excluding MPs/MLASs) at the rate of Group ‘B’ officers of the State Government for attending the meeting along with actual Bus/Train fare.

(iv) Tehsildars of the Sub Division cocerned Member v) Not more than two non-official Members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Member and the Scheduled Tribes.

(vi) Not more than two members from the categories other than the Scheduled Caste Member and the Scheduled Tribes. having association with Non-Government Organizations.
