The Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021 (20 of 2021)State Act of Haryana · Act 20 of 2021

(1) Every family, being a resident of the State of Haryana shall be entitled to obtain a Parivar Pehchan number by providing, submitting or updating on the designated portal, information comprised of such data fields, as may be notified by the Authority with the prior approval of the State Government, for determining eligibility for or the provision of any scheme, service, subsidy or benefit provided or implemented by or on behalf of the State Government or any Government agency or local authority.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), any adult member of the family may provide, submit or update the information of the family.
