(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty:
Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of period of two years from the date commencement of this Act.
(2) Every order made under this section, shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Haryana State Legislature.
19. The Government may make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. To the extent of any inconsistency, provision of this Act shall prevail over and supersede provisions of any other State law for the time being in force in the State of Haryana.
20. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer or employee of the State Government or any other person or authority, authorized by the State Government for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the notification issued thereunder.
