(1) A permit for the export of cows under sub-section (2) of section 4 shall be issued in Form EE. · ·
2. A special permit for the export of cows under section 4C shall be issued in Form EEE.
7B, Fee. .-:. The fee for issuing a permit under section 4B shall be one hun.dred rupees in case of cow/heifer and thirty rupees in case of bull/bullock/ox-male calf.

:9, Procedure for obtaining licence section 5.-(1) Any person desirous of obtaining a licence in for F or having that licence renewed shall make an application in writing enclosing therewith a treasury challan of Rs'. 25 deposited in Haryana Government Treasury/or in a Schedule Bank under Head XXVII Animal Husbandry other Receipts -"Other Receipts" to the licensing Offi~er, and the licence shall be granted or renewed as the case may be unless the authority for reasons to be recorded- refuses the same. . (2) In case of refusel to grant or renew the licence the fee deposited by the applicant shall be refunded to him .
