The Haryana Public Libraries Act, 1989 (20 of 1989)State Act of Haryana · Act 20 of 1989

(1) There shall be Block Library Committee for each Block Library and its constitution and functions shall be such as may be laid down in rules framed by the District Library Committee concerned.

(2) The Block Library Committee shall, subject to the approval of the District Library Committee concerned frame its rules of business and procedure.
