The Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Rule 1964State Rules of Haryana · 1963

(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners (General) Rule 1964.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires:- a) ‘Act” means the Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 1963;

b) ‘Appendix’ means an Appendix to these rules;

c) ‘Chairman’ means the Chairman of the Board;

d) ‘Committee’ means a Committee appointed by the Board;

e) ‘Government’ means the Government of the State of Punjab;

f) ‘Section’ means a section of the Act;

g) ‘University’ means any University incorporated by an Act of Parliament or any State Legislature.
