Section 89

Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012State Act of Haryana · Act 3 of 2012

(1) No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain or proceed with a suit, settle, decide or deal with any matter which, under the Act, is required to be settled, decided or dealt with by an authority under the Act.

(2) No order of the Government, Registrar General, Registrar or District Registrar made under or in pursuance of the Act shall be called in question in any court.

90. A Society may employ officers and officials for day to day conduct of its management or operations:

Provided that no member of the Society shall be in the employment of the Society.

91. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act in the first three years from the date of commencement of the Act, the Government may, by Act to override other laws.

HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), MAR. 28, 2012 39 (CHTR. 8, 1934 SAKA) order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as appears necessary or expedient for removing such difficulty.
