The Haryana Right to Service Rules, 2014State Rules of Haryana · 2014

(l) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.-

(i) "Act" means the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014; and

(ii) "Form" means the Form appended to these rules.

Definitions Receipt and acknowledgement ofapplication section 5

(2) Words and expressions used in these rules but not define therein, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under tlte Act.

(2) If such an application is found complete in all respects, the Designated Officer shall acknowledge the receipt thereof in the specified forms/online mode provided by the respective departments for each service:

Provided that if any document is required for the delivery of service has not been enclosed with the application by the applicant, t}re same shall be clearly mentioned in the acknowledgement by the Designated Officer, to enable the applicant to make his application complete in all respects:

Provided further that the time limit specified for delivery of service in such cases shall commence from the date when thc applicant supplies the docunents mentioned in the acknowledgement:

Provided further that consent ofthe applicant shall be presumed at the time of submitting the application through online mode on the Portal(s) developed by the Government regarding auto appeal/revision to First/Second Grievance Redressal Authority or Commission as the case may be, in case there is breach of statutory limit for imparting service. Hence, appeaVrevision shall be deemed to have been filed automatically. A suitable provision shall be made in the software regarding automatic appeaUrevision on the Portal(s) on behalf of applicant. It shall be made mandatory for applicant to give his mobile number while submitting the applications through online mode.
