(l) An application for revision addressed to the Commission constituted under section 12 ofthe Act, shall be made in Form B.
Revision.
Section l0 ln the event of award of compensation to the applicant/appellant by the Second Grievance Re&essal Authority, the concerned authority shall make payment of fiffy percent or one thousand rupees whichever is less, to the applicant/appellant out of the penalty imposed by it and deposit the balance amount in the receipt Head of the State. A copy of receipt of payment by the applicant/appellant shall b€ forwarded to the Second Grievance Redressal Authority by the department.

(2) The applicant shall enclose a self attested copy of the order of the Second Grievance Redressal Authority against which the revision has been filed.
After receiving the application under sub-rule (l ), the Commission shall send notice ofthe same to the party concemed either,-
(a) dasti i.e. through the party filing the revision; or
(b) by registered post with acknowledgement; or
(c) through courier.

(4) While deciding any application in order to ascertain the facts, the Commission may authorize an officer to enquire into the matter.
The officer, to whom such an inquiry has been entrusted, shall submit report to the Commission within a period of fifteen days.
(s) The Commission shall decide the application in view of the relevant record available before it.
8. The employees appointed on deputation from any department ofthe State Salary, Govemment, Board, Corporation or other statutory body ofthe State Govemment, shall be paid such salaries and allowances as admissible to them under the rules applicable to their Service and they shall be governed under the said rules and relevant instructions issued by the State Govemment from time to time. The Commission may also employ retired employees of the State Govemment, Board, Corporation or other statutory body ofthe State Govemment initially for a period of three years, extendable on year to year basis upto a maximum of seven years or till the age ofsixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
Provided that, if any case, in which litigation is pending in any Court of Law or with the Revisional Authority of the concerned department, before submission of application for availing notified service between the Designated Officer/Iirst Grievance Redressal Authority/Second Grievance Redressal Authority of the concerned department, the powers given under section 17 of the Act shall not be exercised by the Commission against the Designated Officers/Iirst Grievance Redressal Authority/ Second Grievance Redressal Authority of such department till the, final outcome of the matter in Court of [,aw or by the Revisional Authority of the concerned department.

9. The Commission may take suo-moto notice in such cases where the applications/appeals are not decided by the Designated Officer/Grievance Redressal Authorities within the stipulated period and there is unreasonable delay in disposal ofsuch application/appeals. On finding any lapse, the Commission may pass appropriate orders in this regard as it may deem fit:
