Section 4: For clause (f) of proviso to section 25 of the principal Act, the following clause shall be substituted, namely

“(f) the officers promoted, recruited or appointed, in the Buildings and Roads Branch now called Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department, prior to the notification of this Act shall continue to be governed and regulated by the Haryana Service of Engineer, Class I, Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads Branch), (Public Health Branch) and (Irrigation Branch) respectively Act, 1995 (20 of 1995),”.

Amendment of section 25 of Haryana Act 30 of 2010.

5. (1) The Haryana Service of Engineers, Group A, Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Haryana Ordinance No. 2 of 2019) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act, as amended by this Act.
