Section 24

The Haryana Shri Kapal Mochan, Shri Badri Narain, Shri Mantra Devi and Shri Kedar Nath Shrine Act, 2009 (12 of 2010)State Act of Haryana · Act 12 of 2010

(1) Whenever it comes to the notice of the Board that any immovable property belonging to the Shrine has been alienated in contravention of the provisions of this Act, it shall refer the matter to the Government.

(2) Upon receipt of a reference made under sub-section (1), the Government shall hold a summary enquiry in such manner as may be prescribed and on being satisfied that any such property has been so alienated, shall deliver possession of the same to the Board.
