The Haryana Sikh Gurdwara (Management) Act, 2014 (22 of 2014)State Act of Haryana · Act 22 of 2014

(1) No person shall convene, hold or attend any public meeting within any constituency on the date or dates on which a poll is taken for an election in that constituency.

(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
