The Haryana Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (9 of 2006)State Act of Haryana · Act 9 of 2006

(1) This Act may be called the Haryana Special Economic Zone Short title, extent Act, 2005. and

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. commencement 4(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
